Terms & Conditions – pk2win Platform

1. Eligibility & Age Verification

1.1 The pk2win platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the platform.

1.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of pk2win is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. pk2win does not make representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction. You access the platform entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with all applicable local laws.

1.3 pk2win reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any funds held in an underage account will be returned to the funding source after investigation and will not be paid out as winnings.

2. Account Registration & Security

2.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on pk2win. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.

2.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

2.3 You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk2win login credentials. pk2win staff will never request your password under any circumstances. Any activity carried out on your account before you notify pk2win of unauthorised access is your sole responsibility.

2.4 You must notify pk2win immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised. Contact support via live chat available 24/7 on site.

2.5 pk2win accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits, bonuses, or winnings to any third party.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

3.1 All transactions on pk2win are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, USDT TRC20, and UnionPay.

3.2 Deposits are credited to your pk2win wallet in real time or within the standard processing window of your chosen payment provider. pk2win is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

3.3 Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification (see Section 8). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Verified accounts using JazzCash or Easypaisa can expect withdrawal processing within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

3.4 pk2win does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

3.5 pk2win reserves the right to request the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 pk2win offers various bonuses including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bet credits, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be made available at the time the bonus is offered.

4.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds, and time limits will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

4.3 pk2win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already created. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

4.4 pk2win reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms.

4.5 One bonus per household, per IP address, and per device applies unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms.

5. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

5.1 All casino games available on pk2win use certified random number generators (RNGs) independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are governed by the respective game supplier and are available within each game's information panel.

5.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, pk2win's records of the game state at the time of the malfunction shall be the authoritative source for settling the outcome. pk2win is not liable for losses arising from interruptions caused by your internet connection, device failure, or circumstances outside pk2win's reasonable control.

5.3 Sports betting markets are offered subject to the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market terms displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play (live) bet settlements are governed by pk2win's sportsbook rules. For cricket, PSL, and international matches, the outcome is settled on official results as recognised by the governing body of the competition.

5.4 pk2win reserves the right to void any bet placed in error (including palpable errors in odds, spreads, or totals) and to apply maximum payout limits per event as notified in the sportsbook rules.

6. Restricted Activities & Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk2win and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (see Section 2.1)
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities
• Using pk2win for any form of money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial activity
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Accessing pk2win on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to operate your account
• Chargeback fraud — initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider after depositing

pk2win cooperates with relevant authorities and payment providers in investigating suspected financial crime. Any detected fraudulent activity will be reported without further notice to the account holder.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 pk2win is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to treat gaming as entertainment and to set personal limits that reflect their financial situation. pk2win provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from within every player account:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Session time reminders and reality checks
• Temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Permanent self-exclusion

8.1 pk2win is required to verify the identity of all players who request withdrawals. The standard documents required for KYC include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or Passport, proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership.

8.2 KYC documentation must be submitted through the secure verification section of your pk2win account. All documents are encrypted in transit and at rest and are accessible only to authorised compliance personnel.

8.3 pk2win aims to process standard KYC submissions within 24–72 hours. Players will be notified by on-site message when verification is complete or if additional documentation is required.

8.4 Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC. pk2win is not liable for any inconvenience caused by verification delays where the player has not provided accurate or complete documentation in a timely manner.

9. Privacy & Data

9.1 Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the pk2win Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 pk2win does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with essential service providers (payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services) under strict contractual data protection obligations.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the pk2win platform — including but not limited to software, logos, brand marks, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to pk2win and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk2win platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No licence is granted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the pk2win platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk2win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11.2 pk2win's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 pk2win does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and unforeseen outages may temporarily affect availability. pk2win is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability where reasonable notice was provided or where unavailability was beyond pk2win's reasonable control.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 pk2win reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a player has breached any provision of this Agreement or has engaged in behaviour that poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

12.2 Upon closure of an account for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure or regulatory requirements), any verified balance remaining in the account after deduction of outstanding bonuses will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

12.3 You may close your pk2win account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

13.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which pk2win is licensed and operates. In the event of a dispute, pk2win's internal resolution procedure must be exhausted before any external recourse is pursued.

13.2 To raise a dispute, contact pk2win's support team via live chat with a detailed written description of the issue and all relevant supporting information. pk2win will acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 days.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through pk2win's internal procedure, the matter may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body designated by pk2win's licensing authority.

14. Amendments

14.1 pk2win reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via on-site notice no less than 7 days before taking effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance, in which case they take effect immediately.

14.2 Your continued use of the pk2win platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.3.
